Here's a list of upcoming places I'll be speaking or teaching:
* From 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 20, I'll be speaking about my family's 9/11 experiences and acceptance and understanding of anger for Anger Alternatives at the Plaza branch of the Kansas City Library. All are welcome to this free event.
* The week of July 8-15, 2012, I'll be co-teaching a class, with a writing component, with a physician on end-of-life care at Ghost Ranch in northern New Mexico. The next week, July 16-22, I'll be co-teaching another class there, also with a writing component, with another writer and speaker on the issues surrounding forgiveness. For more details, click here.
* On the morning of Saturday, Sept. 22, I'll be the keynote speaker at a congregational training day for the Minnesota Valleys Presbytery in Willmar, Minn.
* On Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013, I'll speak at the after-Mass Christian formation series at St. James Catholic Church, 39th and Harrison, in Kansas City, Mo.
